GENERAL:-> By commissioning me, you have read & acknowledged my Terms of Service in full.-> Client must be 18 years or older to commission me.-> I hold the right to refuse to accept a commission at my discretion.-> I explicitly do not authorize the use of my work for purposes such as, but not limited to the following; The Blockchain, NFT’s, A.I. (training, adding my works to A.I., or otherwise-), minting, cryptocurrency, or uses involving any future inventions in this space of the like.---

Payment & Refund Policy:-> I take payment up front in full before beginning a commission - unless the price is over $70 USD, then I will accept partial payment before starting.-> The Commission is officially accepted upon payment and will be delivered within 2 weeks unless stated prior!-> I take payment through paypal, vgen, and ko-fi.-> I do not accept full refunds after I have begun working on your commission. If I have already begun work on the commission past the sketching phase, I will issue a half-refund.-> If you have any questions, you are encouraged to ask in my direct messages on my socials, or e-mail! Timeline, Deadlines & Delivery:-> timeline - once payment is received, the commission is accepted and i will begin within the week. depending on the type of commission, i do not typically send out sketches/progress - if you’d like to receive a sketch, please mention beforehand. do note that i will edit up to three times for free within reason-(a.k.a. i will not restart the artwork)- after an artwork has been sent & to ensure you are happy with it! after this, I do charge per edit if the edits are for bigger tweaks to the art. for larger works, I will send sketches for approval as progress is made.-> deadline - if the client(s) have a specific timetable, time sensitive concern, or need in mind, please let me know beforehand to see if it is feasible!
*please note that in some cases i may charge a rush fee as i will prioritize it over other commissions or work i might have at the time.-> delivery - commissions are delivered within two weeks of payment unless stated otherwise within the commission post itself, or discussed between artist and client in messaging prior.-> if you have any inquiries on the commissioned work, please feel free to send me a message! you can refer to the communication section for more details.---

Commercial Use, Personal Use, & Revisions:-> Client(s) have the right to personal use - i.e. channel art, profile picture / icon use, print for yourself, etc.-> if any edits are needed to the artwork, i am happy to oblige - please understand that i do charge per revision after 3 revisions have been made.-> Commercial use must be agreed upon and paid in full before use is authorized in this way. Commercial use can be resold by Client(s), used as assets, etc., as that right has been bought.-> Commercial Pricing - For merchandise the commercial fee will be an added 80% to the base price. For streaming use the commercial fee will be an added 20% to the base price.-> Credit is always appreciated! i.e. linking back to one of my socials or my carrd insert links. <3---

intellectual property rights:-> I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own, or use it for anything other than personal use unless explicitly stated, agreed upon, and/or paid for commercial use in full otherwise.-> I have the right to refuse any commission at my discretion.-> I hold the right to use commissions as samples for my portfolio.-> I hold the right to post commissions & progress of commissioned works on my socials; if you’d like me to refrain from posting a work you’ve commissioned, - like in the case that it is a gift or surprise, or you simply do not want it posted, please let me know!-> The artwork(s) cannot be sold again unless the commercial fee is paid.---

prohibited actions:-> you may not claim the artwork as your own.-> you may not trace or repurpose parts of the artwork for other works.-> you may not remove the watermark/signature when posting to socials as a post, unless you’ve paid for commercial use.-> please do not modify or edit the artwork - with the exception of cropping and/or resizing the work as needed. I am more than willing to make any edits or modifications - though i do charge after 3 revisions, please see the commercial use, personal use, & revisions section for further details.-> do not use my work in the blockchain, for NFT’s, AI, cryptocurrency, or anything of that sort.---
